If you book a call with us, we receive the details you enter when booking. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the referring website, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver pilots, follow up about our products and services, and understand and improve how the website is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on service providers to run the website and our business. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, delivered to our email inbox and stored in our customer relationship management system. Website usage data is processed by Google Analytics. Call bookings are handled by Calendly. These providers handle information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Retention and security
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
