Platform

Turn building data into maintenance decisions.

Peak Amp connects building-system, equipment, and maintenance data to help facility teams understand what needs attention, why it matters, and what to do next.

What Peak Amp Does

We turn building data into maintenance priorities.

Peak Amp connects the systems you already use, looks for changes in equipment behavior, and helps your team understand what needs attention, why it matters, and what to do next.

01Connect

Bring together data from building automation, maintenance systems, sensors, meters, and asset records.

02Understand

Identify where equipment behavior is changing and where operational risk is increasing.

03Prioritize

Show facility teams which issues matter most instead of creating another stream of alarms.

04Act

Recommend the next maintenance, repair, or planning action.

Why Peak Amp

Your systems already collect the data.

Peak Amp adds the intelligence layer that helps teams understand what matters next.

What you already have
BAS / BMSAlarms, trends, controls
CMMSWork orders and maintenance history

What Peak Amp adds
RiskWhere equipment behavior is changing
PriorityWhat needs attention first
ContextWhy the issue matters
ActionWhat the team should do next
Peak Amp does not replace your BAS or CMMS.It connects the information across them and turns it into clearer maintenance decisions.

How It Works

Detect. Prioritize. Explain. Act.

01

Detect

Identify meaningful changes in equipment behavior.

02

Prioritize

Determine which changes deserve attention first.

03

Explain

Show the evidence and context behind the priority.

04

Act

Give the facility team a clear next step.

Actionable Intelligence

Not another stream of alerts.

Peak Amp helps explain why something matters, what evidence supports it, and what your team should do next.

Why it matters

Supply-air performance has deviated from its established operating pattern for 11 days.

Evidence
  • Fan runtime is increasing
  • Temperature response is declining
  • Two related maintenance events
Recommended next stepInspect airflow, filter condition, and fan performance during the next maintenance visit.

Operational Context

An anomaly is not automatically a problem.

Peak Amp can combine equipment behavior with maintenance, asset, and building context to create a more useful operational picture.

FAQ

Common questions about Peak Amp.

Does Peak Amp replace our BAS or BMS?

No. Your building automation system continues to monitor and control the building. Peak Amp uses available data from building systems as part of a broader operational picture.

Is Peak Amp another CMMS?

No. Your CMMS remains the system for managing work orders and maintenance activity. Peak Amp can use maintenance history and help create clearer priorities for the people and systems managing the work.

Do we need new sensors?

Not necessarily. Peak Amp starts with the data already available. Additional sensing may be useful where important equipment lacks enough information, but the platform is not built around requiring Peak Amp hardware.

What if we have multiple building automation vendors?

That is a core reason for a vendor-neutral intelligence layer. Available connection methods vary by system, site, permissions, and data quality, so integration is evaluated during discovery.

What if our data is incomplete?

Peak Amp can begin by assessing what is available and where the gaps are. Incomplete data may limit specific analyses, but it does not automatically prevent a useful pilot.

Does Peak Amp control equipment?

Peak Amp is positioned as an intelligence and decision-support layer, not the building control system.

Can Peak Amp work with our maintenance platform?

Peak Amp is designed to use maintenance and work-order context. The exact connection method depends on the platform and available APIs, exports, or approved data access.

What happens when Peak Amp identifies an issue?

The goal is to show what changed, why it deserves attention, the supporting evidence, and a recommended next step so the facility team can decide and act.

Is this only predictive maintenance?

No. Predictive maintenance can be one outcome. The broader goal is to help teams prioritize operational risk, maintenance, repair, and planning decisions across buildings and portfolios.

Can we start with one building?

Yes. A focused building or small group of assets can be a practical way to validate available data, workflows, and value before expanding.
